Inventory Control
• Manage the Logistics function to ensure the implementation and monitoring of effective inventory control procedures and methods.
• Review and analyze inventory data, co-ordinate root cause analysis for discrepancy investigations and manage stock adjustments
• Review surplus stock reports, coordinate locally as well with region to improve inventory levels and direct implementation of corrective measures.

Supply Chain Process Development
• Contribute to the development of the supply chain process including implementation of Mamee’s group supply chain initiatives. Ensure close collaboration with sales and supply chain team in the development process.
• Recommend and evaluate areas for improving transport services and reducing freight costs.
• Provision of advice to business management with respect to ways to reduce costs to company yet still maintain the same or improved standards of customer service
• Follow up queries from sales with respect to new business or negotiating better rates in return for increased volumes.

Supply Chain Planning
• Drive SOP process to monitor performance and delivery best results
• Manage the planning of raw materials, packaging and merchandise products to achieve target inventory levels and production schedule requirements.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure deliveries and terms are met according to purchase order.
• Manage and analyze sales and forecast data to determine demand in conjunction with key sales and marketing functions.

Logistics
• Ensure First in First Out (FIFO) principles are applied
• Liaise with Customs Broker to ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are fulfilled
• Monitor performance and report on monthly basis
• Monitor logistics cost impact and regularly review to determine efficiencies and cost savings
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company’s standards and compliance
Materials Management
• Ensure follow up of imports for raw materials and merchandised goods.
• Notify production, customer service and sales personnel on materials delays or shortages.
• Ensure timely posting of transactions into the system and provide for control procedures for inventory stock takes, adjustments, write-off and / or disposal.
• Explore alternatives to raw materials when there is shortage or prices escalate.

Education: Bachelor Degree

Skill: 1. Moderate on speaking English
2. Good in numbers ex: coating simulation calculation
3. Good negotiation
4. Young and open-minded for learning skill

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in supervision of supply chain or logistic field.
