Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

The main responsibility is To perform the secretarial role, provide documentation and administrative supporting services and to support data management and work processes in the HR function.

Detailed responsibilities include:

▪ Provide assistance to the HR function, in which includes set up telephone and video conference, taking meeting minutes notes, set up meeting room, and any other secretarial work as assigned
▪ Organize travel arrangements and develop travel itinerary of HR Director and HR function
▪ Act as point of contact for HR Director in regards to scheduling meeting with internal and external parties
▪ Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure that all topics are covered and whether a follow-up meeting needs to be arranged
▪ Perform administrative and documentation works and HR data management as assigned by HR Director
▪ Maintain and manage documentation filing process into system, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in documentation storage
▪ Forward information to relevant parties, by receiving and distributing communications, collecting and mailing correspondence, copying information, to ensure that receiving parties are fully informed of activities/ transactions/ processes to be implemented
▪ Assist in performing conventional assignments, or to identify and respond to generic issues
▪ Under guidance, contribute to the implementation of assigned projects to support senior members
▪ Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve patterned problems
▪ Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Job Requirements

* Bachelor Degree.
* Minimum 1 -3 years relevant experience
* Proficient user of MS office
