1 > Support and follow the instructions from tour operator
2 > Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
3 > Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
4 > Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
5 > Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
6 > Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
7 > Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
8 > Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
9 > Enter data into our software and maintain client files
10 > Network with tour operators
11 > Maintain statistical and financial records
12 > Meet profit and sales targets
