Duties and Responsibilities
* To oversee training and development of the staffs while assessing employees' needs for training
* To align training program with the organization's strategic goals
* To create and manage training budgets by selecting training materials from the vendors
* To implement training programs that make the best use of available resources

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement
* BSc/BA in Business, Human Resource Management or a related field of study
* At least 4 years of professional leadership experiences in strategic planning or similar
* Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to communicate both in Burmese and English
