An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Find out required training needs and update training modules
• Prepare training calendar
• Develop annual training plan with the consultation of HR Managers and COO
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and report to Training Manager with comments, suggestion and plan of action
• Supervise Training Officer and arrange training activities
• Conduct field level training

• Any graduate
• Minimum of five years of experience in training and capacity building
• Strong knowledge of computer skill (MS Word, Excel & Power point)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends
