Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Logistics

o Create & Maintain tracking quality

o Update daily container movement into local inventory & follow up EDI suspense in LARA to clear.
o Send ERO (Equipment Release Order) to depot via LARA (MH Assignment) & follow up with depot for smooth release.

o Forecasts & Manage Stock

o Update daily container inventory & stock summary.
o Follow up Idle stock (Full and Empty) and update “remark” in LARA.
o Close checking with CS team for update booking to input local projection report.

o Manage Reefer Equipment

o Prepare Reefer PTI list & deal with vendor for the reefer PTI action.
o Follow up with vendors (depot/reefer service) for the reefer PTI status.
o Send reefer booking to vendor to set temperature.

Operations

o Manage load/discharge list

o Prepare container list for empty repo transportation, customs expected load list and send them to depot, tracking services and feeder operators.
o Prepare discharge list and send SSC to update tracking move.
