This job post can only be applied by Female:

•Prepare internal Delivery Order for every items purchased from Head Office to other offices.
•Filing and documentation for each project.
•Maintain and update databases for Business Operations Team.
•Arrange and follow up by all operation procedure for each project.
•Supporting and assisting other Business Operation Team members as needed.
•Perform any other related duties and responsibilities in multitask environment.
•Prepare/Assists for monthly report to manager
Liaise with related project team for accommodation , transportation and other requirement.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years working experience in the related field will be advantage.
Good in written and spoken English.
Good Computer Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop).
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
