• Prepare internal Delivery Order for every item purchased from Head Office to other offices.• Filing and documentation for each project.• Maintain and update databases for Business Operations Team.• Arrange and follow up by all operation procedure for each project.• Supporting and assisting other Business Operation Team members as needed.• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities in a multitask environment.• Prepare/Assists for a monthly report to the manager • Liaise with the related project team for accommodation, transportation and other requirement.
At least 3 years working experience in the related field will be an advantage. Good in written and spoken English. Good Computer Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop). Good Interpersonal Skills. Positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
