Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Provide day to day operational HR support to business.
Support the development, deployment and administration of HR programs and activities such as staffing, compensation, recognition, learning and development.
Process HR documentation and ensure up to date record filling.
Provide General administrative duties.
Liaise with clients to provide the best staffing solutions.
Engage in full cycle recruitment process from sourcing, matching and onboarding of candidates to the best suited job.
Work in conjunction with client companies- Understand and efficiently meet the requirements of each client.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Human Resources Management more prefer.
At least two years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Extensive knowledge of HR Policies and systems
Familiarity with HR Software and working knowledge of MS Office.
