Job Description

- Reviewing transaction structures, giving legal comments and suggestions.

- Select jurors, argue motions, meet with judges, and question witnesses during the course of a trial.

- Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations with probable case outcomes for individuals and businesses.

- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, present and summarize cases to judges and juries.

- Gather evidence to formulate defence or to initiate legal actions; evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for presentation of cases.

- Review contracts and agreements to be signed with clients and/or services suppliers.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree, specialized in Laws.

- Three years & above working experience in the commercial and litigation sector.

- Being proficient in both Myanmar and English.

- The candidate shall have obtained lawyer certificate/license and qualification to act in court

- Must be an HGP License Holder

- Strong sense of responsibility, the willingness of learning and cooperation, capable of working under pressure and working independently.
