Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

. Reporting to Inventory supervisor, work with Spare parts advisors, Ware house controller and service advisors

 Local and abroad suppliers, agents, logistics, Finance and banking departments.

 Organize and restock inventory and required
 Accurately gather necessary parts for Parts Advisors
 Stock incoming parts into inventory
 Retrieve parts for Parts Advisors
 Maintain inventory reports
 Scribe all parts saved for inventory with assigned stock number
 Collect data from computer Kerridge software to track various aspects of inventory
 Track defective parts in inventory, rates of return, rates of purchase, in order to maintain and improve quality control
 Responsible for fill rate, and providing create solutions to discrepancies.
o Basic Automotive knowledge
o Up-to-date knowledge in Myanmar Car Market
o Ability to recognize and identify automotive parts.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent experienced related to customer service

• Outstanding supplier handling skills

• Neat and presentable at all times

• Ability to work as a team

• General knowledge of process, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency

• Must be articulate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player and maintain positive attitude

• Solutions and details oriented

• Communication skill in English

• Work holidays if needed

• Computer skill in MS-office, especially excel spread sheets and Outlook emails and other similar computer programs

• Myanmar Driving license ( Not Essential )
