Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Report to Parts Supervisor

• Closely work with Parts Manager and Service team leaders

• Together work with other service advisors

• Assist Ware house controller team to arrange the parts at proper bin locations

• Assist the Parts Advisor to monitor all incoming and outgoing parts

• Assist the parts advisor to locate available parts when in the dealer ship out of stock or minimum.

• Referring parts manual both hard copy and soft copy to identify exactly the right parts for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.

Job Requirements

• Graduation or Diploma in any subject is desirable not essential.

• A professional manner

• Good communication skills in Burmese and English

• Good organizational skills

• Basic Knowledge in Automotive industry

• Knowledge in Email/MS Office

• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies

• Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review

• Hard working and willing to travel domestically
