Basic responsibilities are to provide the technical support for partners and customers to implement GRG software and related products. Understand, specify, develop and localize software for the local market.
1. Management of local technical support, including before-sales, testing, and after-sales technical support. 2. Management of local technical team. 3. Management of local warehouse and spare parts. 4. Report to headquater management.  To Partner: 5. Management of local partner regarding service quality. To customer:  6. Handling customer requirement and complain.
7. Timing visit/meeting with customer.

1. Bachelor or above.
2. > 4-year experiences.
3. Knowledge of IT, electro-mechanical, automatic control.
4. Knowledge of ATM industry much prefered.
5. Experiences of service team leader much prefered.
6. Excellent English communication.
