Position PurposeTo develop and execute strategy on effective spending and budgeting brand digital marketing and promotional programs that support brand growth this position. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities• Marketing spend optimization – The advertising spends, both online and offline, must be rationalized by measuring the effectiveness of each medium utilized for the getting new customers and/ or engaging the existing customers.• Acquisition channel-wise life-time value (LTV) – Responsible for identifying the return on investment (ROI) by measuring LTV of customers acquired through the specific channel. Measure the customer journey starting from identification of specific channel from where install happens and moving onwards to registration up to the point of churn/ uninstall• Recommend media mix to acquisition head and digital marketing for achieving Growth and MAU KPI’s • Responsible for managing and optimizing the Digital Media budget • Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to optimize paid media campaigns and marketing teams for producing effective contentKey Performance and Success Indicators• Self-performance• Customer & Agent focus and orientation • Result-based improvement and management• Leadership and people management
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas• At least 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing• Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.• Expert user of attribution tools like Adjust and Apps Flyer• Native Microsoft Excel User• Experience in App Marketing and Growth Strategies.• Self-motivated, love challenges and able to work under a pressure • Naturally curious and motivated to learn and work on datasets• Has good communication skills and comfortable to interact with all levels in the organization.• Enjoy working in a team and a team player.• Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)• Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functionsCompetencies• Partnership• Communication• Governance• Management• Decision making• Vision setting• Organization development
