• Responsible for timely and adequate production and ensure compliance on Product SOP and quality• Ensure equipment are in working condition• Maintain production area cleanliness, including preparation and storage area• Communicate with Branch Manager to project production quantity and schedule to minimise wastage and maximise revenue• Coach and train bakers on product quality and SOP• Ensure compliance on food hygiene standards and procedures• Maintain sufficient and appropriate level of stock inventory• Schedule staff roster to achieve operation effectiveness and efficiency

• Minimum 3 year experience in bakery and bakery production• Service-oriented• Ability to work under pressure• Able to work with minimum supervision• Able to use Microsoft office
