The compensation of the positions ranges from 20 -30 Lakh or more depends on the experience and qualification of the successful candidates.

1) Head of Credit Operation and Administration
To be responsible for ensuring that granting of customer credit facility, all documentations are in order before loan disbursement or conducting of trade activities. All related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank. Supervise work of all Credit Administration staff and is also responsible for ensuring all activities of the business unit are carried out in compliance with policies, rules and regulations of relevant government authorities, Head Office and the Branch.


2) Head of SME and Business Banking
Major areas of responsibility include directing product development and management, pricing strategy, other SME banking strategic program management for deposits, secured and unsecured lending, card-based and ancillary solutions. This role will drive the budget and business planning efforts and influence the Marketing campaign and promotion prioritization for the Consumer Banking segment.


3) Head of Internal Audit
The main focus of the role is to build and develop an independent, effective audit function to support bank as it commences its journey of transformation which will involve significant changes in systems, processes and people. This will inevitably raise risks within the bank and a strong independent and objective audit function is needed ensuring that key risks across the bank are identified, mitigating actions recommended and implemented to establish, improve and build the governance, risk and control framework of MCB.


4) Head of Business Process Reengineering ( IT related)
The BPR Head will be responsible for understanding and documenting the current business process. Responsible for applying and creating new improvements in the business process, and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization with a view to prioritizing redesign urgency based on highest impact on productivity, service improvement, cost savings and bottom line impact.


5) Head of Legal
The Head of Legal and Compliance will work within the bank to ensure adherence to government laws and regulations, Central Bank of Myanmar regulations and internal policies and procedures. The candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure there is proper governance within all areas and departments of the bank. The candidate will be a graduate or post-graduate in Law and Business Law.
