• Contributes ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel.
• Reports any discrepancies related to operation to F&B management
• Actively promotes the services and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the Hotel.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.

Job Requirements

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
 Knowledge of departmental and hotel operations
 Knowledge of computers and training techniques
 Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate effectively
 Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions
 Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
 Leadership and organizational skills (team orientation, flexible, adaptable)
 Knowledge of various computer programs, such as Word and Excel
 Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
