• Prepare and cook foods on regular basis• Quality control of all roast meats before it is served• Monitor hygiene practices (washing hands, wearing gloves) to ensure that his crew follow SOPs when preparing and presenting food• Instruct Assistant Chef and Cooks in the cooking, garnishing and presentation of food• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products and ensure that food safety standards are met• Create new dish• Approve new suppliers and ingredients• Staff management
• Must have minimum 5 year experience in F&B • Able to speak Chinese or Malay Languages• Must know the preparation and cooking procedure of food• Must know food and safety standards• Able to adequately plan stock and manage staff on daily basis• Able to work with team• Must have creative idea and commitment to quality
