Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Support in the develop and/or update of all Business Development Activities;
• Client Services Management & carry out research and project work as required;
• Maintain & Develop the database of client surveys, contract and business contract;
• Produce and circulate monthly reports on key business development matter;
• Leading initiative and negotiate with potential teaming partners;
• Develop proposal themes and PtW (Price – to-Win);
• Manage customer interfacing and customer contact plan;
• Develop & Manage proposal plan and process;
• Responsible for sourcing and/or selecting construction materials;
• BQ, Estimating, Value Engineering, price/forecast the cost of the difference materials needed for the project;

Job Requirements

• B.E (Civil/ Electrical) or Business Administration and ME or MBA preferred;
• At least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in related industry;
• In-depth working knowledge on international and local best practices for tendering;
• Average level in Spoken & Written in English;
• Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills;
• Good familiarity with business functions such as BD, Sales & Mkt, Finance, etc…
• Frequently able to travels across Myanmar to potential project sites;
