The key responsibilities placed on the Business Development Manager are

1. To source for new land by JV or land tender for growth of the property development arm of IGE Land.
2. To meet the Real Estate Business Development KPI.
3. To carry out the following work during Pre-Acquisition Investment Stage
i. Networking, Market Survey, BOT
ii. Land & Topo Survey
iii. Site Investigation
iv. Due Diligence of Consultants, JV partners, etc.
v. Product Concept by outsource or in house Architects
vi. Negotiation with land owner after BoD approval
vii. Pre-Investment Expenditure approval
viii. Feasibility Studies
ix. BOD approval of investment
x. Sign MOU/Agreement
xi. Planning Permit
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Essential Experience

1. Graduated with the Degree of Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or Finance, with MBA preferred.
2. At least 10 years working experience with 5 years in real estate company
3. Well versed with Microsoft especially Excel and Power point presentation
4. Ability to communicate with YCDC & Ministry of Defense Land Tender, Foreign & Local Consultants, Local land Authorities, real estate agents.
5. Must have knowledge on Lands in Yangon and Mandalay (able to know ahead of time or lead on lands in Yangon and Mandalay before others)
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Good Presentation skills, team leader, analytical skills.
2. Management skill, computer skill, communication skill.
3. Fluent in English Communication and Skills.
4. Must to understand the strategic planning, background & knowledge.
