• Managing, operating and exploiting Billing process.
• Troubleshooting charge problem, summarize and closing charge for postpaid.
• Executing all process related to postpaid subscriber: block, unblock.
• Answer complaint from customer that related to postpaid subscriber.
• Making report according to requirement from other department.

Job Requirements

-Graduated from university specialized in IT or telecommunications.
-Background knowledge about information systems, computer engineering and prefer telecom.
-Knowledge about: Database management, Networking, Server, virtualization, NET, JAVA programming.
-Understand the business of BCCS, ERP, IPCC, VAS, BILLING applications.
-Certifications in Programming, Networking as advantage.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience working in some positions as IT application engineer, software development.
-Experience in Programming (.Net, Java…), Databases (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL…), Managing server (Windows, Linux….)
-Understand the business and had working experiences on BCCS, ERP, IPCC, VAS, BILLING applications.
