• Provide leadership across all Branches
• Develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets, examine growth opportunities, enable sales improvements, product mix development, and take responsibility for the performance against targets.
• Enhance distribution channels with stronger penetrations via branch network.
• Play a role of mentor to all Branch In charge, assist in the execution of duties upon request to enhance their professional skills.
• Implement sales strategies to optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the department’s goals as well as the overall goals of the business
• Create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI’s for the business.
• Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and branch performance with a view of establishing actionable insights.
• Monitor and observe the brand and prepare forecasts, identify new trends region wise.
• Build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers and regularly interact with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and hosting events, and playing an active role in the General Insurance Industry gatherings.
• Lead the team towards digitization in day to day work and processes.

• Myanmar Nationality with excellent English communication skills
• Digitization objectives are met at all branches.
• Should be open to travel frequently
• Agile with customer- eccentricity focus; digitally savvy; and is a people's person.
• He/she does not need to have insurance background but rather having extensive experience in driving changes throughout large branches network
