Direct reporting to Area Manager

To manage & drive Sales target achievement of the store.

Controls and manages the level of in-store inventory.

To solve customer problems or complaints.

To maintain the store to company standards.

To communicate marketing and merchandising programs.

To train and counsel store employees -Schedule, organize and direct assignments.

To implement & manage employee performance evaluations, career development plans & turnover.

To provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues.

To focus employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.

Job Requirements

BBA Degree (or)Any Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years experience in Retail Management fields
