• Be committed to the expansion & success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for the branch personnel• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans with the support of the Management• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities• Preparation of operational and capital budgets as required and actively striving to meet targets• Ensuring customer service performance by service personal is professional and appropriate to support business growth• Efficient management and scheduling of resources for the maintenance, service and other operations as required by the General Manager, Infrastructure• Identification of materials, parts and equipment for purchase to achieve value for money• Interact at a management level with all departments to ensure seem-less flow for work performance and information is maintained at all times• Actively solicit additional business for the After Sales department• Report monthly on overall revenue plan of After Sales business • Dealing directly with escalated or high profile customer issues
• At least (5) years experience in Heavy Equipment and Power Generation.• Educated to bachelor degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Business related field• Must drive manual gear type of vehicles • Computer literate for MS word , Excel and Outlook.• Excellent communication and command or written and spoken English • Myanmar National only
