Job Summary

The Branch Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operations of the company with the ultimate aim of improving visibility, market share and profits.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

- Develop and manage strong branch operation processes
- Develop sales and service support team
- Implementing sales and service processes
- Branch growth planning and forecasting
- Coordination with head office on day to day sales approval
- Implementing the compliance, environment, and health and safety process in the branch

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in handling operations, preferably in consumer electronics industry
- Good management and leadership skills
- Familiar in sales performances and good experience in operations
- Able to perform compliance and Environment Health and Safety
- Experience working with start-up company will be a good advantage
- Sales focused
- Motivated to succeed
- Able to report in English.
- Fluency in English will be an advantage
