- Responsible for operation excellent of Volvo Cars Mandalay Branch (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales)
The Branch Manager represents the interests in all aspects related to the Volvo Cars business to assure high-quality, high-performance in market representation. As the followings:
- Responsible for the achievement of the target sales, aftersales
- Monitor and analyse market sales, industry developments, competitive actions and economic outlook in order to prepare recommendations concerning the sales and marketing strategies within the Luxury Segment.
- Defines target groups & sales channels in order to develop & implement programs and measures to exploit the full market potential and secure the revenues of the Company
- In coordination with the marketing department, conducts activities to generate leads for the brand, as well as the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
- Manages and controls the budgets as per the agreed plan.
- Supports the General Manager in the qualitative and quantitative annual target setting process
- Supports the Sales Consultants to achieve the sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, lead generation and quality objectives.
- Leads the implementation of Volvo Cars Corporate Identity and Retail & Quality Standards and ensures a sustainable compliance.
- Control the financial structure and financial operating efficiency of the operation to ensure the achievement of financial strength, stability, and increased profitability – and make recommendations for improvement as required.
- Review effectiveness and efficiency of branch management and staff and make necessary recommendations to the General Manager.
- Review and discuss long-term future planning goals of the brand with regards to volume, profitability, facility network to ensure the long-term stability of the business.
- Ensure a high and consistent level of communication between Sales, After sales, Marketing, Finance and HR at the dealership concerning all Volvo Cars activities as well as the general business situation.

Main Tasks

Sales Planning:
• To coordinate annual Business Plan process & preparation
• To analyse market potential and lead implementation of actions / measures / programmes to exploit its potential.
• To lead standards / guideline for Sales and Marketing (e.g. Dealer Standards, etc)
• To set qualitative and quantitative targets for sales volume, lead planning, active prospecting, sales funnel management and customer care.
• Target monitoring & steering, development & implementation of adequate measures to overcome weaknesses

Marketing
• To propose marketing plan for Mandalay Branch.
• Effectively liaise with the Marketing department to ensure implementation of marketing and active prospecting activities

HR Management:
• To update organization structures and job descriptions, including to plan personnel requirements (recruitment / dismissal), effectively liaise with HR Department.
• To lead, coach, develop and motivate all staff through the Development Review programme.
• To assist in the implementation of an adequate remuneration system (performance-based systems and commission schemes for target achievement).
• To define sales / after sales training requirements and ensure providing proper coaching / training programme

Sales Organisation:
• To monitor, analyse and evaluate trends and changes in the local market environment and to develop / propose respective actions.
• To apply and monitor KPIs, Standards / Guidelines
• To develop and ensure systematic use of management resources, geographic data and sales systems (SMS, CRM system) to maximize sales potential exploitation
• To conduct regular lost-sales analysis and deduction of counter measures to minimize lost sales
• To develop and monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty programs – including handling of "difficult" customers.
• To handle all customer complaints.
Dealer Development
• To coordinate regular reviews and updates of Dealer Standards, and to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of dealer network and sales staff and define measures to optimize relevant KPIs

Job Requirements

Qualifications required:
University degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Good Command in English, Both writing and speaking, able to speak Chinese Language.

Experiences required:
• Sales and marketing experience in the automotive segment (ideally luxury) (5+ years)
• Previous role in a managerial capacity (3+ years)
