- To develop 'Route Plan' together with WS, SWS & Retail Supervisor
- To monitor daily operation of WS, SWS, Retail Supervisor & Brand Representative
- To monitor daily 'Credit Collection' status
- To monitor 'Control Trip Expense' of sales operation
- To monitor month to date sales of 'Appointed Wholesaler'
- To check 'Stock Balance & Daily Sales' at appointed wholesaler
- To negotiate with wholesale for 'Order Taking'
- To monitor promotion 'Effectiveness & Redemption'
- Negotiation between wholesale, sub wholesale on order taking, order size, delivery, credit limit & term
- Brief (short meeting) with all team members in weekly

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- At least 5 years working experience in similar position at FMCG and Beverages background
- Good English skills especially at speaking and writing
- Strong analytical skill and advance excel user
- Show knowledge of evidence informed practice
- Able to stay and work permanently at Upper Myanmar Branch Office
