Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. To manage the loan execution to customers
2. To manage the monthly pay back from customers
3. To maintain the good relationship with customers
4. To prepare the document and contract for customers
5. To arrange the signing schedule of agreement/contract with customer and/or notary etc.
6. Coordinates on growth areas and projections for disbursements Plans and controls the liquidity of the branch;
7. Control broker Issue (inform to Sale Division Head and MD as soon as possible).
8. Approving or rejecting loans decision according to the loan policy after reviewing loan application form.
9. Delinquency monitoring and investigation.
10. Collect repayment money from overdue customers.
Mini Branch Responsibilities
11. Educated for Loan Officers and team leaders about the company policy and rules.
12. To manage the loan execution to customers
13. To manage the monthly pay back from customers
14. To collect repayment money and collect money from overdue customers.

Job Requirements

- Maximum age between 30 and 40
- Problem Solving Skill
- Well knowledge in Micro-finance Field at least 3 years.
- Good Communication and Leadership Skill
- Can manage Branch and Mini Office at the same time.
- Strongly reporting skill to Management.
- Can negotiate about duties.
