- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Job Requirements

- Manager Level တြင္အနည္းဆံုး အေတြ ့အၾကံဳ ၅ႏွစ္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
- Marketing Industry တြင္အနည္းဆံုး အေတြ ့အၾကံဳ ၁၀ႏွစ္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
- အသက္ ၃၅ မွ ၄၅ ႏွစ္ၿဖစ္ရမည္။

- သက္ဆိုင္ရာဘြဲ ့ႏွင့္ Marketing Diploma, အၿခား Management သင္တန္းတတ္ေ ရာက္ၿပီးသူၿဖစ္ရမည္။
- Team တစ္ခုလံုးကိုဦးေဆာင္ညႊန္းၾကားနိုင္ၿပီး၊ Way Plan, Monthly Plan, Yearly - Plan, Target ႏွင့္ Consumption အားတိုင္းတာတြက္ခ်က္နိဳင္ရမည္။
- Microsoft, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Email, Internet အသံုးၿပဳနိုင္ရမည္။

- ရိုးသားၿကိဳးစားၿပီးေရရွည္ လုပ္ကိုင္နိုင္ရမည္။
- အထက္မွ ညႊန္ၾကားထားေသာ Project/ Target Plan တစ္ခုၿခင္းၿပည့္မွီေအာင္ မိိမိအဖြဲ ့ႏွင့္ပူးတြဲ လုပ္ကိုင္နိုင္ရမည္။
- အင္ဂ်င္၀ိုင္ ႏွင့္ စက္ပစၥည္းနယ္ပယ္တြင္ ၿပဳလုပ္ဖူးသူဦးစားေပးမည္။

- ရန္ကုန္တြင္ အင္တာဗ်ဴးမည္။
