An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The candidate has to have passion for rural marketing. Prior exposure to agribusiness marketing will be an added advantage. The candidate should be open to extensively travel in rural market to devise best Go To Market (GTM) strategies, advice Brand & Sales Team for implementation of innovative market development activities to strengthen in house brands at POS (Dealers) & among end users. The candidate would be also responsible to enrich company product portfolio and support the Sales Team to effective manage their portfolio to remain competitive in the market. Market Analysis, Budgeting and Market Intelligence sharing are also included in the job scope.

1)Product Portfolio Management - Market Analysis to understand the product consumption trends in fertilizer, pesticides & seeds and help Sales team to plan budgeting and advise regulatory team for timely acquisition of right product portfolio. Introduction of new product category and existing product enhancement are a part of the job responsibility.

2)Implementation Of GTM – Explore innovative marketing strategy to maximize customers reach, bring more effectivity in customer outreach and minimize cost of customer contact. Advise Brand management team for strengthening Brand Equity & visibility. Advise Sales Team for en-cashing Brand Equity through price leadership.

3) Market Analytics & Budgeting –Analyze market potentiality, identify blue ocean marketing segment, gather competitive intelligence and help BU to come-up with right budgeting for targeted growth in market share

Job Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Agri / Rural marketing experience in Myanmar is preferred
- Min graduate in Science / Agriculture
- Dip in Marketing Management will be an added advantage
