Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Reporting to the Category Director, you will be responsible for:
-Managing the relationship with Shopmyar's most important sellers
-Managing the development of the assortment of a product category
-Managing the revenue and margin growth of this category
-Working with Regional category managers to develop a wide assortment without losing focus on revenue growth
-Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key sellers in the category
-Negotiating deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
-Bachelor from a leading university and minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail, Sales or Relationship Management
-Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
-Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
-Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint
-Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
-Excellent written and verbal communication in English
