-Planning & management experience as leading role for 30+ subordinates & 3+ lateral team
-Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
-Work well with cross-functional teams and take a leadership role within the team.
-People Skill - communication, negotiation, presentation/reporting, co ordination, delegation and coach
-IELTS 5.5+
