OBJECTIVESDevelop and execute the best in class trade marketing program in both on and off trade that drives volume and value.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develop and execute annual brand activation strategy and plan based on shopper, consumers, brand and customer insight thatsupport short and long term business objectives.2. Develop, implement and evaluate sponsorship and promotions to optimize ROI on marketing budget using pre and post analysisOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES1. Responsible for preparation of the annual brand plan in cooperation with TM and sales team.2. Pro-actively participate and conduct meetings with TM and sales team.3. Manage process of developing and implementing brand activation activities involving high consumer engagement and satisfaction. Including internal communication. All deadlines are mandatory.4. Develop and present Consumer Marketing presentations at sales meetings/conference, in order to motivate and align sales team with Consumer Marketing plans5. Further strengthen the visual brand ID, brand architecture and sponsorship platform 6. Develop and execute social media-marketing strategy.7. Work closely with TM and procurement in designing POSM, premiums and Giveaways.8. Understand the consumer insight and develop & implement the TTL campaigns, sponsorships and promotional plans to suit the consumers need.9. Implementing advertising and promotion activities as per the approved plans.10. Developing contacts, maintaining healthy business relations and dealings with institutions providing advertising,promotion services, suppliers and media.11. Collect, evaluate & report marketing activities of own and competitor's brand12. Continuously optimise all processes regarding brand activation activities and expenditures.13. Timely prepare and submit monthly claims for settlement.14. Undertaking sales and marketing activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
