- Responsible for the development of effective brand strategies for assigned brand/s with the optimal marketing mix (product/packaging, price, placement and promotion) geared for long-term growth. Involve internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the translation of brand strategies to actionable plans and initiatives.- Lead a cross functional team on the development of new product and packaging initiatives via the internal product development system. Manage through the line from concepts to implementation & ensure effective communication of deliverables & timings with responsible departments.- Act as the key point person to liaise with the Global Brand Groups and other internal stakeholders regarding all brand related initiatives, i.e. brand communication, product and packaging enhancements. Develop communication strategies that are relevant to consumers and build on a real consumer insight. - Responsible for excellent execution of brand programs - timing is crucial (e.g. product availability in market). Work closely with Consumer & Trade Strategy, Field Marketing & Operations teams to understand the field reality & our route to market. Use this understanding to build better strategies and more impactful campaigns. - Continuously measure everything that impacts assigned brands to ensure to be 'on top of things' and guide where needed.- Key point person from Portfolio team in charge of regular coordination with Sales Demand Planning team & GSC in volume forecasting and production for assigned brands.- In charge of budget/investment management & effective tracking to ensure the efficient use of brand resources.
- 5+ years experience in marketing communication and/or channel management with FMCG companies or advertising agencies.- Very Good project management skills with attention to detail and analytical skills- Consumer marketing knowledge and Consumer relationship- Very good communication and presentation skills- Fluency in English is a must
