- Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
- Identify brand-building areas.
- Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
- Responsible for annual brand plan with Objectives, Goal, Strategy and Plan.
- Responsible for preparing all events proposal quarterly with estimated using budget, projected sales and incremental sales.
- Responsible for providing the all functional and sales team with necessary technical support to enable them to sell the product , POSM, gimmicks, reminder, promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
- Responsible for reviewing monthly IMS & TMS target Vs achievement.
- Must have a prompt recovery plan of sales if necessary.
- Find reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues (ethical, trade and CRM team) to address any issues that may arise.
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. (Either conduct this research in-house staff or manage and outside agency i.e initial identification of suitable partner, definition of responsibilities, communication plan, division of responsibility, milestones, contract with company , review transcripts and reports, and recommend action plans from the research.
- Direct report to BDM for market intelligence and regular monthly report.
- Assist to BDM with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
- Responsible for preparing IM and TM sales forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventor levels held at central and interstate warehouses to ensure supply timelines.
- Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree required (MBA preferred)
- Experienced Manager with (2) years brand development experience.
- Must have personal care category experience
- Strong track record in developing or deploying mixes with successful in-market results.
- Passion for trends, new products and design.
- Demonstrated high performance in project leadership and experience with strategy development.
- A considered analytical approach to working with concepts, consumers, problem solving , stakeholder management.
