Job Description

• Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management so as to identify brand-building areas.
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
• Responsible for an annual brand plan with Objectives, Goal, Strategy and Plan and A&P budget control and management.
• Responsible for preparing all events proposal quarterly with estimated using a budget,
projected sales, and incremental sales.
• Responsible for providing the functional and sales team with necessary technical support to enable them to sell the product. POSM, gimmicks, reminder, promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
• Responsible for reviewing monthly IMS target Vs achievement.
• Find reference for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues (ethical, trade and CRM team) to address any issues that may arise.
• Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.
• Make timely reports to senior management and feedback market intelligence, competitors’ activities and work-progress through weekly or monthly report as per request from time to time.
• Responsible for preparing IM forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses to ensure supply timelines.
• Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail, and conferences.
• Promote the Company’s core values and ensure full compliance at all times of Myanmar Milk Law and Company Code of Conduct.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree required ( MBA preferred )
• Experienced Manager with min. (2) years brand development experience.
• Strong track record in developing or deploying mixes with successful in-market results.
• Passion for trends, new products, and design.
• Demonstrated high performance in project leadership and experience with strategy development.
• A considered analytical approach to working with concepts, consumers, problem-solving, stakeholder management.
