-Ensure quality of distributor activities and Area Sales managers across region.
-Developing sales strategies and setting targets
-Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
-Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
-Collecting customer feedback and market research
-Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
-Allocating areas to sales representatives

Job Requirements

-Any Graduate, with Diploma (Sales & Marketing), with 7 years’ experience field sales experience and demonstrated levels of performance across varied situations
-Exposure to brand management, a distinct advantage
-Experience in similar industry and in‐depth product knowledge
-Good working knowledge of computers
-Leadership/Managerial Skills
-Strategic Thinking, Good Leadership, Strong Analytical Skills
-Compiling and analyzing sales figures
-Reporting to senior managers
