- Leading all process operations to be world class
- Quality- adhere to brewery policies and food safety standards (HACCP& Group) to ensure all performance targets are met
- H&S – own, manage, monitor, report and review systems and practices to ensure departmental risks are dealt with sensibly, responsibly and proportionately
- Ability to understand financial drivers for brewing and processing
- Reduce losses by driving continuous improvement activities
- Evaluate taste profile of brands to ensure quality and consistency
- Coach and develop the team for career advancement within the company
- Manage inventory level of raw materials

Job Requirements

-Education: Possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or is a Brewmaster

Other Qualifications:
-Language: Fluent English
-Years & Type of Experience: At least 8 years experience in brewery operations
Competency Requirements:
* Strong leadership skill
* Passionate about people development
* A drive for continuous improvement
* Attention to detail
* In depth brewing and processing knowledge ideally a Master brewer
* Ability to innovate and drive change
