Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Receiving malt and rice containers and intake into the silo. This includes data entry into the log sheet, coordination with QA and warehouse.
• Milling process including aspiration system, destoners, separators, milling systems, weighing scale and conveying system
• Preventive maintenance (Cleaning, lubrication, and inspection) as per schedule
• Troubleshooting and reporting of downtime
• Brewing process including material intake, material transfer, brewing operation (Braumat V6), additives addition, CIP of brewing vessels, water tanks, CIP vessels, and process lines.

Job Requirements

Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Bio-Technology/Bio-Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry

Language:
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Burmese

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in brewing or processing

Age:
- Over 20 year old
