• Responsible for understand structural analysis and design by generally
• Responsible for manage projects from preliminary planning through completion
• Promotes safety culture and ensures safety practices throughout all projects
• Perform to assist with project budget and schedule management
• Participation in meetings with clients and project team members
• Responsible for manage projects from preliminary planning through completion.
• Perform to promotes safety culture and ensures safety practices throughout all projects
• Responsible for quality review of structural calculations and contract documents
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, etc.), Microsoft Project and utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
• Desire to work with a spirit of teamwork to help build the company in our early years
• Keep track of construction materials and inventory
• Document progress, materials, and reports on project
