An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Head responsibility of BSS MS including Sales Force Automation, Rating, Charging, PCRF, CRM, Massaging Gateway, Self care, ESS, POS, CM, Product Catalogue, Order and Billing Management.
• Organizational Leadership, Management, Development & Employee Motivation
• Supports Ongoing Business Development plans
• Responsible for carrying out BSS MS services in accordance with Amara policies and procedures
• Responsible for BSS MS Service Delivery SLAs/KPIs
• Responsible for BSS MS Reporting
• Responsible for BSS MS Budgeting & Control
• Partner with the Amara internal stakeholder (Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, HR) to understand organization and departmental needs for building strategy and information systems solutions to meet needs.
• Ensures BSS MS processes and procedures are designed, implemented, tested & enforced, regularly reviewed and updated.
• Work with Surrounding system stakeholder and vendor to develop end to end solution between Surrounding systems and BSS.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma: B.Sc. Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 4 years BSS Operation management experience
• Minimum 7 Years Mobile Telecommunications senior management experience
• Experience in managing a diverse technical team at senior management level
