Roles and Responsibilities
To check and sign off log sheet of generator,chillers,medical gas plant, water treatment and waste treatment during period of work.
To attend to chiller,Air Handling Unit (AHU), Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Operation according to Air Con & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Operation manual to decide chiller and AHU load reduction in emergency case.
To schedule lighting consumption to 40% off load at night time and close unnecessary light at day time.
To attend to all building maintenance complains and rectify with consent of maintenance engineers.
To submit to Chief Engineer all inspection report forms, log sheets and daily record book.

Job Requirements

B.E/ B-Tech/ A.G.T.I (Mechanical / Electrical).
Minimum (3) Years Experience in Engineering Field
Good Communication Skill & Computer Literate
Fluency in English four skills.
