Technical Responsibilities
• Efficient in Business Process Modeling and IT Architecture. Middle Enterprise Architecture experience in Broking domain is a plus
• Work with multiple business departments and IT teams to capture requirements and help implement solutions
• Develop project plans in conjunction with IT and Business. Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Look for opportunities to promote the use of enterprise referential data. Ensure future applications reuse existing functionality
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing
Managerial Responsibilities
• Liaise with business unit sponsors, stakeholders and IT partners on a regular basis to ensure communication of status and issues
• Ensure new business requirements are thoroughly vetted and signed off by HODs and then understand how these requirements fit into the corporate requirements or can be leveraged by other business units.
• Ensure proper communication of business requirements across stakeholders to ensure solutions are consistent with business uint standards at organizational level
• Document and memorialize product and business knowledge to make it accessible to team members and end users.

• Bachelor degree in computer science or information technology
• MBA is a plus
