Identify business trends utilizing real data compile analysis report and assist the head of departments for KPI implementations
Collect and gather policies, procedures, SOPs and work instructions and monitor for review and update
monitor the timely submission of KPI report and project assigned
continuous improvement in strategy reporting and strategy meeting (people/ process/ tools) within a group of companies
Coordination of the process of strategic thinking and decision making within the group of companies via regular monthly strategy meetings, quarterly review, and annual reviews
coordination of the process of strategic reporting within the group of companies via the use of Dashboard and BSC
Support the awareness of and use of strategy within the group of companies through various support services, i.e.
-Formal training on the balanced scorecard methodology
-coaching and mentoring to HODs in implementing their strategy
-Managing the corporate governance calendar

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Management or related fields
Age between 24 and 30
Minimum one-year working experience in related fields
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
adaptable flexible and with the ability to balance multiple project/ priority
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) in both Myanmar and English Language
Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated
