• Gather, analyze and document business requirements for development of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Investigating functional and technical issues and working with developers to fix the issues
• Performing system integration testing and coordinating user acceptance test with users
• Keeping all stakeholders and working group members informed on progress and issues
• Technical exposure to databases, ETL, and software development
