Responsibilities

 Work closely with end users on gathering business requirements and analyzing various workflows
 Perform business requirement analysis, identify gaps and create documentation
 Act as a liaison between end users and IT department and create specifications for new features requested by clients
 Review and perform functionality and system testing for quality control
 Prepare user manual/ run books, present in sales meetings and conduct end user training (onsite or offsite)
 Take charge in on-boarding of clients and provide excellent customer service
 Manage multiple projects & implementation of software projects

Job Requirements

Requirements

 Bachelor of Computer Science (or) Master of Computer Science (or) any other degree with proven experience in required skills
 Great presentation and demonstration skills
 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
 Written and oral communication skills in Myanmar and English
 Experience with MIS systems used in Micro-finance Institutions preferred
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
 Ability to communicate well with customers and travel different sites
 Ability to manage time efficiently, work under pressure and meet deadlines
 At least (2) year experience in IT field
