This role holder is responsible to understand end to end bank products’ customer journey and have an initiative to improve the customer experience. The candidate should be able to conceptualize large data into meaningful business decisions and recommend to relevant stakeholders. To excel in this role, the individual needs to have a sound understanding of the bank’s products, product features, risk management capabilities, project management skills, business development skills, technological capabilities, and know the business strategic objectives, able to adopt customer journey methodology and make recommendations to improve business processes and capabilities, leveraging on technology.
