This role holder is responsible to understand end to end bank products’ customer journey and have an initiative to improve the customer experience. The candidate should be able to conceptualize large data into meaningful business decisions and recommend to relevant stakeholders.

To excel in this role, the individual needs to have a sound understanding of the bank’s products, product features, risk management capabilities, project management skills, business development skills, technological capabilities, and know the business strategic objectives, able to adopt customer journey methodology and make recommendations to improve business processes and capabilities, leveraging on technology.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:
• Details oriented with strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills and understanding big data
• Self- starter and motivated while being a great collaborator
• Quick learners and have ability to influence other people
• Ability to complete a big project in timely manner
Pre-Requisites:
• Possess a bachelor degree (Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Maths, Engineering or relevant fields)
• Proficient in English language is a must
• Require proficiency in Microsoft office – Excel, Word and Presentation
• Strong critical thinking, strong analytical skills and business knowledge
• Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to work outside the office hours when needed, to complete the jobs in time and in good results
