An Exciting Opportunity for ...

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze the company’s operational, financial data and other performance related data using statistical techniques and provide reports as requested by management
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Support the development of new products by creating surveys and providing clear instructions to the relevant staffs to carry out properly
Collect, clean, detect and correct the relevant data to convert it into useful information and analyze them to report to the management
Translate documents (between English and Myanmar) if necessary
Study the current practices of the company and define new improvement opportunities to make more efficient
Communicate with branches and solve the portfolio related transactions errors reported by the branches
Prepare operation related reports according to the FRD request
Inform and report to the MIS department with the evidence if any of the errors are detected in any customized operation report generated by MIS
Work with departmental managers to support them with the specific data needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Provide ongoing support for the management
Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum bachelor degree in any field (B.Com or LCCI I, II, III are more preferable)
Have an interest in financial products and services
Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for the maximum delivery result
Fluency in both English and Burmese
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with a high level of integrity
Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proficient in MS Office: especially in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Able to type in Myanmar
