Job Summary

As a key support to the Operations and Development Manager, the Business Analyst will play a critical role of conducting data analytics and analyses to assist the Yoma F&B Management Team make informed decisions to achieve the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Existing Brands/Concepts (with particular focus on Auntie Anne’s and Little Sheep)
• Focus Areas:
o Sales (revenue drivers)
o Profitability margins (COGS and OPEX controls)
o Operational efficiencies
o Supply Chain
o Marketing effectiveness
o Development of store network (i.e. build out of new stores)

• Work Streams:
o Monitoring & Evaluation
 Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
 Prepare monitoring dashboard by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
 Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting/monitoring system that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
 Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-off operational issues
o Recommendations for Corrective Actions
 Suggest changes/corrective actions to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
 Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
Business Development for New Brands/Concepts

• Support in development of portfolio strategy for Yoma F&B
• Assist in assessment of new opportunities (incl. building business case and analyses of opportunity)

Degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Finance, and/or Economics

Work/Professional Experience
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in business, finance, and management consulting preferred
• F&B retail experience is a plus but not required

• Proficient financial modeling capabilities
• Strong analytic skills
• Agile with numbers

Communications
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Burmese, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
