Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Identify and secure new potential sites for the company
- Process and obtain all necessary permits and approvals for acquiring new sites
- Ensure on-time payment of any rents and government fees
- Monitor production activities to ensure assets are delivered on time and matching the required specifications
- Represent the company when liaising with site owners, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant Government authorities
- Gather and analyze local outdoor media industry trends to the senior management on a regular basis

Job Requirements

- Able to speak and write in English and Burmese
- 1-3 years of experience working with government officials, local councils and related parties
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time)
